Thank you for choosing me as your stylist and for respecting my policies to ensure you get the service you deserve!
Credit Card to Reserve
A credit card on file is required to reserve your appointment. Nothing will be charged at the time of the reservation, but should you not cancel or reschedule before the 24 hours window, this is the card that will be charged the cancellation fee.
Confirmation Text / Email
You will recieve a courtesy confirmation text and email 48 hours before your scheduled service and another one at 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes life happens and things come up! Please give me at least 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment so that I can fill that time with someone from my waitlist. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of total booked service fee. Same day cancellations, which is 12 hours or less will result in a 100% charge of the total booked service fee.
No Call / No Shows
If you do not show up on the day of your scheduled appointment and also do not call beforehand to reschedule it, you will be charged 100% of the total booked service fee. No refunds and no exceptions. If a no show happens more than once, this will prohibit you from rebooking with me in the future.
Late Policy
Please be on time for your appointment. I have an up to 10 minute late policy.
Please give me a heads up to let me know you are on your way and how late you are running. More than 10 minutes late impacts the service I can provide for my other clients, and also impacts the entire client schedule for that day. Additionally, we would no longer have enough time to complete all of the services we had scheduled for you.
Sick Policy
If you or your children are sick, please reschedule your appointment. I give all clients that need to reschedule due to illness priority over my waitlist. Please remember, if your child is too sick for school, then they are too sick for the salon as well. Please be courteous to myself and my family, as well as my other clients.
